Dr. Marilyn Pendelton, EdD is the founder and CEO of Your Voice Heard, LLC, which she established in 2009.

The two-fold mission of Your Voice Heard is to (1) help individuals recover emotionally from traumatic events and other losses, and (2) to equip leaders, human talent, and school communities with transformative socio-emotional capacity.

Dr. Pendelton is an Adjunct Professor at Gwynedd Mercy University, a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist®, a Registered Nurse, Legal Nurse Consultant, and a Transformational Leader.
